I love to read. Right now (actually, for the past few years) I’ve been reading a lot of creative nonfiction. I decided to compile a list of a few of my favorites. In no particular order:
-anything by Bill Bryson. Especially, In A Sunburned Country, At Home, and Shakespeare
-Batavia’s Graveyard by Mike Dash
-anything by Nathaniel Philbrick
-The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson
-The Lost Bank by Kirsten Grind
-anything by Steven Levitt, the Freakonomics books and podcast
My interests vary – if it’s interesting, I’ll give it a read.
