Awhile back, when this pattern was all the rage – I jumped on the bandwagon, too! Tutorial here.
These blocks go together so quickly I’m almost tempted to make another quilt.
I quilted it using this tutorial. My dogwood leaves are a little wonky, but I still love them.
I used a fat quarter pack of Tula Pink’s line Salt Water and some Moda Bella White I had on hand.
All in all, a fun quilt and I’m very happy to have it finished up!

Sam – this pattern looks great – I love the X layout. I really like this block too, so fast, but then I end up with giant quilts I have to finish ;(

Trip Around The World has a way of coming and going in popularity. It’s such a classic pattern in any era of fabric. Your Tula and Moda fabrics were a perfect example. Very well done.
